Did I tell you I spent half a day re-arranging my studio? Well, I did and it feels so much better in here and I have so much more room. That's my station, always ready to go.
This is where I spend a lot of time sewing leaves and watching movies.
This is the newest inspiration addition to the studio. I found it at a thrift store of course.
I've been trying to get up early every day and have a free art hour, where I get to doodle, paint, sew glue, whatever I want, before the day starts. With December upon us I am really feeling the pressure to sew leaves all day and that gets tiring, so I'm glad to have an extra hour to just play around. Below is my last mini side project. I loved making diorama's as a kid and am not sure why I never revisited them. I started obsessively drawing moths so this one seemed just right.
Here's The Breeders singing about hammers.
