Sculptures around the house

Sometimes it's nice to revisit old processes. I've been thinking a lot about those paper stuffed pillow mobiles I once made. I think in school we used to staple the edges.

This paper diamond piece was originally made for chain letter exhibit at the Shoshana Wayne Gallery last year, but I wasn't able to display it suspended. So, now that it's been hanging out in the corner of my studio taking up space I decided to finally get it up in the house.

  I placed it right above my side of the bed and nighstand. I love the shadows and tangles and it makes reading before bed feel like I'm in a magic fort.
