The Friday run down

I haven't posted much on here lately. It doesn't feel like much is happening, but here's a list.

My Etsy shop has been picking up, which is fantastic. These three things are currently my favorites.

I've been sewing leaves, lots and lot of sewing with lots and lots of leaves, Which looks nothing like this
 or  this

haha, this project is staying under wraps, because it's amazing, and you'll have to wait until you can stand in front of it in a museum. (dreamcometrue)

Natalie is here! Zach's sister is finally settled in. She's an amazing artist and nanny, so we'll have more art and kids in the house. We are doing a photo shoot for her graduate paintings today. Yay! More on this soon.

Zach finally built that three level, glass animation box and has started working on small stop motion videos. We were inspired to build this after seeing how Martha Colburn does her thing.

I just ordered this book  which sounds like it will kind of be like this book

The weather is getting warmer, and by warmer I mean 80 degrees, which feels ridiculously warm and I wonder how I ever survived temperatures over 90. Every day I thank my lucky stars I'm not slogging away in that miserable heat.

Zach described my summer attire like this, " you look like a cult member, I like it!"
