We saw a lot of stuff in NY part 2

Day two we walked over an hour to Williamsburg, birthplace of the hipster according to our host. On the way we walked through one of the Jewish neighborhoods to discover that it was Sukkot time.  Sukkah's were constructed everywhere. Read the definition if you don't know.

These are images from the internet. Sometimes when I'm walking I want nothing to do with camera's.

After finding a few things at the Williamsburg Salvation Army and getting overwhelmed by hip hipsters and their vintage stores, we crossed the bridge into Manhattan.

Damn those grates. Right about now the clouds cleared revealing glorious sunshine. Did I mention it was still cloudy?

We ventured up to Central Park for a picnic. Yeah we gobbled that falafel so fast it couldn't be documented.

 Look how pretty Zach is.

Don't mind us we're just some clouds over here.

Central Park is lovely.

A train, J Train. Was that a sprinkle?

mwah hah hah hah

New York has a monsoon season? Good thing we had raincoats. Walking through the park in this crazy rain was so funny.

Drenched!! Score two points for East Coast weather systems. We soggily made our way home and were the only two drenched people on the subway. How do New Yorkers do that?

Something pretty.
